Blue Lagoon & Paros — a full sailing day from Naxos
A full day under sail to Paros — into the Blue Lagoon, through a sea cave you swim into, lunch in Piso Livadi, and home to Naxos Town before the light goes.
Everything on board, everything in the price.
A small-group sailing day — eight guests maximum, a captain who knows the route, and a boat that still actually sails.
- Licensed skipper
- Fuel and mooring fees
- Snorkel masks and fins
- Snacks and cold drinks on board
- Digital photos from your day
- Towels
- Lunch ashore (we stop in Piso Livadi where the tavernas are better than anything we could cook on board)
- Optional gratuities
What makes this one different.
- Swim in the translucent waters of the Blue Lagoon
- Sail into — not past — a Cycladic sea cave
- Long stop in Piso Livadi for an unhurried lunch ashore
- Snorkel a hidden cove between Paros and Antiparos
- Crossing under full sail in both directions
- Return to Naxos Town as the light turns
A typical 9 hours.
Your captain adjusts for wind and sea in the morning — the shape stays the same.
- 09:00
Cast off from Naxos Town
Meet your captain at the seafront in front of Rendez Vous café. Coffee on board, introductions, and we leave the old harbour under sail.
- 11:00
Blue Lagoon
First swim in water that looks edited. Snorkel gear for anyone who wants it. If the morning is still, we stay longer.
- 12:30
The Holed Cave
We swim through a sea cave you can only reach from the water — one of the quieter moments of the day.
- 13:30
Piso Livadi for lunch
Moor up and head ashore. A handful of tavernas, all good, all local. Take your time — we're in no rush.
- 15:30
Back under sail
Leisurely crossing to Naxos, with a snorkel stop at a quiet bay if the wind is kind.
- 18:00
Naxos Town
Back where we started, usually as the light turns gold behind the Portara.
Routes finalise each morning based on the meltemi. We prioritise comfort and safety — and the better bay.
Three promises we hold ourselves to.
We'd rather cancel than push a bad-weather day. You'd rather book knowing that.
Up to 48 hours before departure.
If we cancel for weather, you’re refunded in full.
No middlemen, no booking fees, deal with the captain.
What it actually looks like.
What people say.
One of the best days we've had anywhere. Captain George is gentle, genuinely knowledgeable, and read the weather perfectly. The swim inside the sea cave was unreal.
The first time I've done a sailing day that actually felt like sailing. Full sail both ways, sensible stops, a captain who seemed genuinely happy we were on board.
If you're deciding between the catamaran crowd and a real small sailing yacht — pick this. It is a completely different day.

Common questions.
How much of the day is spent sailing versus swimming?
Roughly half and half. Two long swim stops in the morning, a proper lunch break ashore, and sailing crossings either side.
What happens if the meltemi is strong?
Your captain adjusts the route in the morning. On a windy day we often swap Paros for the lee side of Naxos, where the swimming is still excellent and the sail is still real.
Is this tour suitable for non-swimmers?
The swim stops are optional — plenty of guests spend them on deck. But the day is built around the water, so if you're not a fan, the Rina Cave route may suit better.

Our boat carries eight. Most summer dates fill a week ahead.
