Cancellation policy

Shared tours

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Private charters

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure.
• 50% refund between 14 and 7 days before departure.
• Non-refundable within 7 days of departure.

Weather cancellations

If we cancel a tour because of weather, you receive a full refund — no fees, no questions. Alternatively, we're happy to move your booking to another date in the season.
