Your booking

When you book a tour or charter with Naxos Sailing, you enter into an agreement with us for the day and route described on the relevant tour page. Routes may be adjusted for weather, as described in our FAQ.

Safety and authority

The captain's decisions on board take precedence. Guests must follow the captain's safety instructions at all times.

Liability

Naxos Sailing is fully insured and licensed. We cannot accept liability for loss of personal items or for matters outside our control (weather, delays).
